This project includes the implementation, maintenance, rehabilitation, and preparation works for the Houfa Maintenance and Training Center. The works may include civil repairs, structural improvements, finishing works, electrical installations, plumbing and sanitary works, mechanical works, training room preparation, maintenance facilities, external works, and all related works required to make the center functional, safe, and ready for operation. The project aims to provide a suitable facility for maintenance activities, training programs, and operational support services.
